When Hotels.com launched a gift card program,
With years of experience turning plastic rectangles into revenue, we were a natural fit. From physical cards to digital versions, we cranked out a suite of bold, on-brand gift card designs—for gifting occasions as general as a “Thank You” and as specific as a “Baby Moon” (apparently a common-enough phenomenon of expectant parents taking a vacation before their baby is born!).
But we didn’t stop at cards. We mapped out an entire user journey, reimagining their online portal and ordering experience from the ground up. All within brand guidelines. All within the quirky, compliance-riddled world of gift cards. Because at Mint, even the fine print deserves a little Fresh Thinking.
