It started with a wrong turn, a recipe, and a dream.
The husband-wife team who founded CideRoad had first discovered switchel while motoring down a side road (get it?) on vacation in Vermont. They didn’t even have a name when they started working with Mint to launch their cider-vinegar based concoction, but we helped them develop their brand from the ground up: Name, logo, look, package design, voice, website, collateral, point-of-sale, etc. Now they are a national brand in stores such as Whole Foods and Kroger. The bottle design (with its signature tire track “grips”) was honored with inclusion in Lurzer’s Archive magazine as well as Brand Packaging’s 2015 eDesign Gallery.
